If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. Room never cleaned for two days after requesting service. No clean towels, no coffee, no bed service (there was a reason we needed everyday service and this was explained at checkin) Room rate was supposed to be adjusted by the manager. Credit never went on when I called they said it was my banks fault. BUT they did charge my credit card AGAIN!
