This hotel is more like a Motel 6. This is my second time having issues on my check-in, but this time the room wasn’t just dirty sheets. It was used and filthy with a stagnant smell in the air… if you’re able to book anywhere else other than this place, I will advise
At arrival the check inn could be more friendly. During my stay they clean the room when they feel like it, (every 3 or 4 days), this show that the hotel don’t care so much about cleaning the rooms…. I struggle to have my room clean everyday, need to complain a lot of times. They should put more care when cleaning the bathroom and the room as general, was possible to see that in some places they don’t clean the floor. Pool and hot tub are indoor and fabulous. Spacious rooms and good breakfast options. Service was friendly and courteous. It is easy to locate from the freeway as well.
The hotel building is tired. Lobby and room smelled musty. Carpet is dingy. Tub doesn't drain properly. The sink rim under the vanity is disgusting. I've stayed in many HI Express, am an IHG rewards member, and this one near the bottom. Room 217. The highlight of the stay was Oscar's Restaurant across the road.
