Front Desk was unaccommodating and not very hospitable for being in the Hospitality business. She didn't mention my Diamond Elite status or offer any points or choice of snack until mentioned it. It could be she was distracted with a little girl in the office with her (possibly her daughter). This property is pretty run down. Needs a LOT of TLC - It's not, in it's current condition, worthy of the IHG brand. Bedding is cheap and wrinkles. The toilet is dirty (see pictures). Hotel promised refund of $50 but I’ve never received it. If they have proof as they stated, then send it because never received it. They could send screenshot but no they just say it’s happened but I have no evidence on my credit card. Do not stay here. 😩😩😩😩😩 Try to leave a message for manager you cannot another reason i would ratei as zero ⭐️hotel if possible. Don’t stay here, lots of other better hotels in Limon!!!!
Hot water wasn't hot. I tried calling numerous times about checkout, but was only able to get recordings. They did have a nice breakfast put out early.
