Just meh, definitely on the older side of IHG properties, though there are signs saying 'upgrades in progress's, but not sure where. Staff want ride, but they weren't the typical welcoming faces I typically see at other IHG locations. Also, Front desk staff member couldn't figure out how to add rewards number to a reservation, never had this happen before. A great experience.
We were greeted by Zachary as we came in to the lobby. He was very kind and professional. Answered our questions and checked us in with a smile. Overall this hotel needs an update. Our shower/tub was stained and the caulking looked bad. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was decent. I would stay here again. I hope management takes good care of Zachary.
Great service. Clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast wasn't great. Some of the food ran out, juice machine didn't work, pancake maker had a pancake stuck in it.
