Room was kinda mid. The A/C system stunk and needs to have the coil and condensate pan cleaned. And the wifi TV wouldn't work with wifi.. No Coffee very early in the morning at check out, not looking for a continental breakfast at 6am but just a quick cup of coffee, kinda sucked there. Service was good. Employees where cool. Shower was hot and bed was fine for one night. This place is like a bread sandwich. Not good, not bad. Place is a dump. I love Holiday Inn but this location is clearly a trucker hub type location. Room smelled of urine. wifi tv that doesnt work on wifi. So you have a smart tv with zero capabilities, toilet looked like someone took a dump and didnt flush and the rooms are getting converted to terrible censor controlled thermostat. Expect discomfort. Thank god we are only here one night because this place is just disgusting.
If I could give a no star rating I would. This holiday express was terrible to work with. Partial closure of interstate and flash flooding. No exceptions for a credit or refund if not requested 24 hrs in advance. Unpleasant to work with. Would never recommend using this hotel! If we only had a crystal ball to know all conditions 24 hrs in advance.
Was disappointed the hot tub was not even hot. It was barely warm. My husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after being on the road for about 10 hrs. Then the shower in our room, had the water turned all the way to hot and it was just warm.
