Really nice staff.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, they charged me $25 as a security deposit, assuring me it would be returned after checkout. However, when I checked out, I was in a hurry and forgot to remind them. Since then, I’ve called the hotel five to six times, but I never received a clear or helpful response. Each time, I was told the manager wasn’t available.
