Audrey @ the front desk was amazing. We booked because my Mother in Law was admitted to the hospital across the street and after booking for 2 nights, she got transferred to San Antonio after the 1st night and Audrey waved the 2nd night. Not to mention we left some pajamas behind and she notified us about it while still being in town. Great service.
Very clean and modern rooms. Staff very friendly.
Easy on and off the HWY good breakfast warm swimming pool
Enjoyed the stay, my only concern was that the shower tub floor was too slippery when it was wet and I feel like this could easily become a hazard for some.
We had a great room, but the air was out in the hallway our whole stay. Most staff were nice. Big issue was the elevator being messed up our entire stay. You could go up....but you had to come back down by stairs. Very inconvenient! We were there 5 nights, and those problems were never taken care of. We have stayed here before and had no issues.
