Staff was super friendly, lobby is small but nice with World Cup decorations(amazing). The room is great, especially the view, but my bed got a tiny black stain, other than that it is fine. Breakfast is awesome, I recommend staying here for a night or more, even with a tiny stain in my bed(it pretty tiny) and all is from my personal experience
Breakfast and professionalism. And competent staff
The hotel is clean and well maintained. Contrary to other claims of this hotel being in a sketchy area, the area is fine: no better and no worse than any modern urban area. I would stay at this hotel again for sure.

OMG…Laureyn or however you spell her name was beyond amazing. From the greeting to making sure me and my husband had everything we needed. We felt very welcomed and most definitely consider this location again.
