Had a minor issue with the room and Diana was incredibly helpful in getting us into a new room promptly! She provided exceptional customer service and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a minor blip.
Very well maintained IHG property. Asma was a wonderful host and made me feel right at home while being on a tight schedule. Highly recommended.
I was very disappointed. We were said to be on the best floor but the had a room with a non-working phone to contact the desk. The bathtub was stopped up. It was like your ankles sitting in dirty water while taking a shower. The coffee during breakfast was full of coffee grounds. Also, I'm not sure what cleaning solution is used but the hotel smelled of urine.
I agree with all the reviews regarding cleanliness, breakfast, and maid service. However, I made 3 inquiries and two visits prior to booking this hotel for my 80 yr cold Mom who is wheelchair bound and want a room with a tub. So, I went to tour the hotel, then, came back to make sure I was selecting a room with a tub on my booking. The mgr. (A white guy, blonde, wearing a cross came out.
