My partner and I had a reservation booked two months in advance for a stay at this hotel and it was randomly canceled the NIGHT before the reservation by someone at the hotel. When we called in to ask about the cancellation, the receptionist was extremely rude and did not allow us to ask questions without rushing us off of the phone. This was unacceptable and I would not recommend booking with this hotel location.
Close to the highway, friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Had a really good stay here. For a Holiday Inn Express, it’s a solid business hotel with a surprisingly good-sized gym. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Alma, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I wasn’t feeling too well on the day of checkout, and she was nice enough to let me check out a little later so I could get some extra rest. Really appreciated her understanding and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.
I hope writing correctly his name Deen front desk attendant is the most respectful and professional person I ever talked in any other hotel.
