Dhruv and Cassandra were very helpful today in the front desk I’ve been coming here for a while and the whole hotel had been cleaned and very nice I would recommend to everyone
Kyle waited on us and was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Terrible service. The elevator was out of order, and I was given the wrong room key with no staff available to bring the correct one. The price was higher than advertised, and when I asked, the employee said many guests complain about the same issue but she didn’t know how to fix it
