Our experience here was not good. The first room we were given was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work, so we had to move to another room. The next day after we came back from our event, there was no parking available for hotel guests because of an event being held in the ballroom. The front desk told us to park two lots away at Whataburger, even though we still had things to unload. Between the dirty room, broken A/C, and poor parking situation, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.
front desk service was horrible. Insect in room, Also on bed. DO NOT STAY IN BLDG. B which is getting renovated. Also they provide only 1 towel. I also tried to call the manager, who never came on phone. Left message so far nothing!!!

Don’t count on their shuttle service to/from the airport. After waiting for 1hour and a half and seeing all other hotel shuttles passying by periodically, I called the hotel and was informed I had to previously call them and request the service. They asked me to call back after 3pm. So I did. The agent said the shuttle was leaving the hotel and would be here in 15 minutes which didn’t happen.
