Don’t count on their shuttle service to/from the airport. After waiting for 1hour and a half and seeing all other hotel shuttles passying by periodically, I called the hotel and was informed I had to previously call them and request the service. They asked me to call back after 3pm. So I did. The agent said the shuttle was leaving the hotel and would be here in 15 minutes which didn’t happen. ENORMOUS THANK YOU to the Holiday TEAM 🙏 I can’t express enough gratitude I feel for the lovely desk agent and director who have made my stay safe and comfortable, but I’ll try to: I had my flight cancelled and this was an option for a covered hotel stay while I wait for my rebooked flight tonight. Ice machine is broken, all exercise equipment that requires electricity has been out of service for three months, the water bottle filling dispensers is broken. The place really needs a maintenance man. Great location and great breakfast. Seems the owner could care less about keeping up a good brand name.
