Pam is a awesome front desk clerk. She gave us places to eat, get our nails done. Very friendly and helpful!!!!
I love this hotel I stay here every time I come to Highpoint. The rooms are always clean. The front desk is always friendly. Especially Pam who makes you feel right at home. Pam has a great personality and very helpful. She made sure she accommodate all our needs.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. After a long day of travel, I was immediately welcomed by Karen at the front desk, who offered me water and cookies — such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, inviting, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference. The hotel may have older bones, but it is very clean and well cared for.
