Very Clean Hotel with fresh breakfast and a smiling,friendly, and accomodating staff. Would stay there again if in town.
My first time in Georgia Hiawassee very beautiful peaceful and the hotel we stayed was very clean, very nice staff. The breakfast was amazing thanks to Charles and staff.
The staff were rude and short with us The beds looked like they haven't been made and our AC unit was not working properly When we asked for another room staff were hostile
We got stuck here for 2 nights because of the snow storm! The family that cleans the rooms and does the breakfast is amazing! Nothing was open and they made us warm stew with potatoes and cornbread! Couldn't have gotten snowed in, in a better place!! So great full for all the hospitality and kindness they showed my husband and I!
The rooms were clean, spacious and the property is well located. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However I would like to point out one employee, her name is Princess. She was at the reception desk and checked me in for my stay. I cannot express how sweet, helpful and welcoming she was. I was entering the hotel after a prior stressful accommodation and she made me feel at ease. I hope to see her again!
