Last year paid $350 a night for hotel. This year they hung up on me. Good luck dealing with this people.
Staff are exceptional. The Asst General Mgr, Kori, was super helpful in navigating my questions prior to our stay. Front desk: Jessica is truly delightful and very helpful in getting our family settled into our room arrangements. Amanda was quite helpful and always had a nice smile. Kitchen: Mary does an excellent job not only with food prep and service but also with interacting with the guests. Great hotel with outstanding staff. Amanda and Jessica were wonderful at the Front Desk. Breakfast staff and breakfast was hot and plentiful. Beautiful lobby over looking Hayward Lake.
Rooms were clean and modern. Foot traffic noise was pretty awful. Breakfast was very standard.
