Great staff clean room.
Hot tub didn't work despite being told as we were checking in that it was operational. Just wasn't getting hot at all. The pool was hotter than the hot tub for some reason. That was weird. Which wasn't very hot at all. The beds were very nice. Breakfast was yummy. Absolutely loved the grab and go bags and all the yogurt they had. First room we were given the shower was broken and laying in the floor. Then the second room was third floor and last room on the hall. We are 85 and 75 years old. Long walk for the elderly from the elevator. Do not recommend this hotel.
The staff were super,very professional the room was clean, the bathroom in our room needs attention.
