Not a bad place to stay if they would fix the Internet I have stayed at the location multiple times never once has the Internet worked
We stopped at the Holiday Inn Express in Hardeeville, SC as a halfway mark returning home. I booked that day in advance requesting a handicap accessible room which was available. The front desk person Kenyatta (sp ?) offered us a different room with a better location that was not handicapped accessible and gave us the choice. We chose the closer room and it fit our needs perfectly. The offer was much appreciated and showed how well she knew the hotel. I knew right then I was going to leave a review.
Bed was very nice. No complaints.
The room itself was nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel staff was professional and courteous. Some of the hotel though was in disarray. The pool area was filthy and in need of maintenance (nothing like the picture online), the elevator banged extremely hard every time you came down, and the pancake machine wasn't working.
