The staff was above & beyond - friendly & very helpful! The room was great! Loved the pool & gym, and being right next door to The Spot - Restaurant & Bar!! It was across from the beach & a short walk to Pleasure Pier, which our 9 year old Grandson loved! There are no words for how thrilled we were with chosing this hotel!!
Hotels wasn't very clean and overpriced even with a discount. The entire stay there was no warm water, the gulf water was warmer than the showers here. Also had a picture frame with bugs in it along with the floor caving in halfway through the room. When brought to their attention, they replied with yea we know. I told them they should probably get it fixed before someone trips and falls which would result in a lawsuit but they didn't seem too concerned about it. Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean
I've stayed here several times and really like it. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and of a good size. The breakfast is wonderful.
