Very pleasant stay. It was just what we needed.
Excelent Hotel!!! It was clean, the personnel very emphatic and the breakfast was asome!!! We have such a good time in Galveston!!
Customer Service was great. Atmosphere was nice. Our room was nice and clean the view was amazing. I will definitely stay here again. This is our 5th stay here.
We usually love staying at these hotels. Everything has been great! My only feedback is the pillows. If you prefer firmer pillows or any support with pillows bring your own. They are very little to no support. It felt like I was sleeping on my hand (I could feel my hand under the pillow) more like a sheet. Definitely had a rough night but the rooms are clean, amenities are great. Just the only sad part was the pillows and starchy sheets.
The parking garage is atrocious! Do NOT attempt to park a full-size truck in this garage. Room is tiny and way overpriced. Clean and tidy though
