I had a very disappointing experience . I called to book a reservation andI was booked at the wrong location in a different state, and the manager “Robert” did not take any action to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked, which left me without a place to stay. I spent two hours searching for another hotel, only to find that everywhere was full. This lack of customer service and support is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Great location for Galveston but too pricey for what you get best to go off season
One less star simply because I didn’t realize it doesn’t have plenty of free parking. But their parking garage is close and reasonably priced.
