We had just had a terrible experience at another hotel and when we approached Miss Kate (The Brave One), she was so apologetic and concerned for our situation. She made sure we got checked in quickly and made our night so much better! We appreciated her kindness. -Tyra and Brittany

The front desk employee that extended my reservation during my stay here inadvertently kept me from earning points for my entire stay by copying and pasting a reservation made via a 3rd party booking site, then changing its dates at the time I asked the front desk to extend. IHG needs to remedy this by adding the full amount of nights and points that should be earned for this reservation + the 20% point boost for having silver status to my account.
