The absolute worst customer service at the front desk. It seems there are multiple reviews of the same hostile women Nakita treating customers badly and holiday inn and keeping her employed. This is the face you want representing your hotel? Horrible to walk into after traveling all day. I walked in and said hello to her with no response and said I’m checking in and she was laughing uncontrollably at me saying that? Still unsure why. Excellent!! We really enjoyed stay here, very comfortable, clean and big rooms. The breakfast delicious, a lot of food and variety of choices. Definitely we will stay here again.
Be careful with this hotel. They take your security deposit and never return it. Please don’t stay here if you don’t want to lose your money. It’s been more than three weeks, and I still haven’t received my deposit back.
Our flight was recently delayed overnight and we needed a place to stay. I want to shout out Allison at the front desk, she was absolutely amazing, from answering my call at 1:30am, to being so kind and friendly to us and the other customers who bombarded the lobby at nearly 2 in the morning due to our flight delay! It was not an easy task and she handled it with grace and compassion. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was wonderful.
