Do not stay here very unfriendly / Rude Staff from check in to Breakfast! No Kleenex “on back order” no tea “sorry I don’t drink tea I don’t know anything about it”. I am a diamond elite stay about 80 nights per year and have never been treated this rudely at an IHG Property and had guests with me I was so embarrassed
Nice enough okay hotel.. it was a little high priced for what it is for a weekday, but we were walk-ins and they are a for profit organization. We were near the elevators.. which can be a loud area when being operated. So far that is the only negative thing I can say. Wife was peeved bananas were not put out on the breakfast bar until after she ate. No boiled eggs was a negative for her as well. Otherwise, pretty nice hotel.
