Personal muy amable y la reserva fue muy rápida, aunque las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas están bien organizadas y están limpias, aunque deberían limpiar un poquito más las cams ya que olía un poco a húmedo pero del resto estuvo perfecto
Very frustrated about my experience with this hotel. I called a week before my arrival came to let them know plenty enough time in advance. I needed to cancel my reservation due to my plans changing, but still went ahead and charged me for an additional night. I guess this is your normal business model but knowing this now I will NOT be booking with your hotel again!
Most terrible experience I’ve ever had. This place needs to be shut down and relocated. Stay across the street you’ll get a better experience. Front staff guys are down right rude and they lie. Be warned, they have homeless people live near by. People hang outside all time of night and meowing by your window. The Gm won’t call you back or respond to your email. Rooms are dirty.
Decided to stay here upon arrival late evening, the staff working the shift was down right rude and disrespectful to be in hospitality. My husband and I have never been treated and spoken to so Terribly. When I asked for the managers number they said oh they might respond to you. This place lacks poor customer service. Stay somewhere else. We cancelled our stay and went down the road.
When I checked in around 3:00 pm, the location already felt seedy. When checking in, I asked if the parking was safe and the nice young man working the desk froze before answering "yes". I replied that he didnt seem too sure and he said he had answered the way that he had because most people's question is where to park. I parked my car at 8 pm after returning from dinner and looked out the window at my car not 10 minutes later and a man was just standing in the parking lot in front of my spot staring at my car.
