Only hotel in the area that could accommodate a late night check-in. Front desk receptionist was very understanding of our travel situation and provided us a late check-out. Comfy bed and hot showers that helped alleviate our travel stress.
Room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly. I liked that they include a list of restaurants on the welcome letter to check out. I would have rated higher if the parking situation wasn't a nightmare (there was such a parking space issue people were parked under the main entrance vestibule when we left) and there was no explanation upon checking in that overflow is shared with the adjacent hotel until we asked the staff and even then there are minimal spaces to be shared by both of these hotels at capacity. None of the rooms have a wired network connection. Which isn't good if your worried about keeping your data secure. Otherwise the rooms are very nice, and the breakfast is good.
The staff was wonderful through out our whole stay. It was clean and they had done a decent job clearing out the snow
Personal muy amable y la reserva fue muy rápida, aunque las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas están bien organizadas y están limpias, aunque deberían limpiar un poquito más las cams ya que olía un poco a húmedo pero del resto estuvo perfecto
