Rooms are so clean and nice
Front desk was very rude and seem like she don’t want to be at work. And got a bad attitude
My family and I would like to say thank you to the entire Staff at this Holiday Inn Express. We were in a serious vehicle accident and arrived at this hotel very early in the morning. The Staff immediately assisted with anything we needed since we were still shook up from the accident. Thank you again for the amazing service and hospitality!
Check in was a breeze, Hakim and Christina were super helpful and the rate was competitive for the area. The room was very clean. The negative was the distance to good restaurants was 10 miles down i75 to exit 163. Several other positives were the great lighting in the bathroom, a popcorn machine in the lobby, and fresh cooked breakfast was provided in the morning.
