I drove 7 hours and desperately needed to rest. I packed him family in, within 15 minutes of being there we received a noise complaint as we were unpacking things. We tried to be quiet and got everything unpacked when we were notified another noise complaint has been file 30 minutes into our stay(6:00pm). And the front desk said the second warning was a courtesy and dismissed any claims from us that we were just walking in our room. We will never be booking with this anti-child establishment again. This hotel made our experience impeccable The staff here are friendly and attentive The rooms were clean The breakfast was very good Highly recommend
Everything about our stay was perfect! Good selection of breakfast and Chris, the breakfast attendant, is a rockstar! Great service and made sure everything was well stocked.
I'm a happy camper with intercontinental hotel group, especially Holiday inn Express Breakfast is free. Parking is free and staff are always friendly
