We had a great day and the people were quite helpful and friendly. Staff did a nice job
Great place to stay. Miss April at the desk was very kind.
I had the worst experience staying at this Holiday Inn. This hotel is definitely not family-friendly or kid-friendly. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. The blonde-haired lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and made us feel completely unwelcome. The property manager was just as rude and dismissive when concerns were brought up. Great stay! Went to simply relax. The room was perfect! Had a minor Interruption from the sound of workers drilling. Contacted the front desk and the lady was very accommodating. Moved me into another available room. I appreciated her prompt and professional service. The general manager even reached out which was very nice. Holiday Inn has always been my favorite! Thank you again😊
