Absolutely one of the cleanest places that I have stayed. My room was very clean, well stocked, and smelled clean as well. I went and ate breakfast, and an hour later, went and ate it again! I think i gained 5# on breakfast alone! I highly suggest getting a king room at this hotel. My bed was a giant bundle of comfort and happiness. The only drawback to the entire hotel, is that there is no hot tub. But I also know how dreadful the upkeep is with hotel hot tubs. But us older folks like to soak in a nice, hot, hot tub! I had a very disappointing experience at the Holiday Inn in Elkhorn. The staff was disorganized from the start — check-in took far longer than it should have, and no one seemed to know what was going on. When I asked for help or clarification, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. It’s clear that management needs to work on training and communication because the way guests are treated here is unacceptable. I expected far better from a Holiday Inn property and will not be returning.

Everything was perfect at this hotel! Super clean, and the staff was awesome. Will definitely stay again here

We checked into our room and there was a chemical smell idk if it was fumigated recently we were not provided an explanation. we talked to the front desk and they offered to air out the room (after giving us attitude) while we were out as they had no other rooms available which is understandable. however when we got back it still smelled. we woke up with sore throats in the morning and the management hasn't done anything to compensate. we paid way to much money to stay in a stinky motel quality room. very sad my company alwa... read more
