Nicest and cleanest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in and I don't have anything negative about the others. This place and our room here was exceptional!!!
The hotel has very rude staff when we checked in wld not even let us check in 15 min early but the person before us she took. Then they charge you incidental even though we had none. Was not told this and was shocked to see it out of my checkbook. Was not prepared as I authorized my card to be charged if there was incidental but there was none. We booked our wedding block rooms here for our wedding in Lake Geneva in June. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the professionalism and reliability of their sales director. He was in breach of our contract with the hotel in every possible way. Would 10000% recommend any other hotel in the area. This hotel was the only negative aspect of our whole wedding weekend & wedding experience. Do yourself a favor and choose any, literally any, other hotel for your wedding.
