Staf was great!
Best shower we've ever had. Water pressure was amazing. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Very impressed.
Absolutely loved this HIE & Suites location! We were there for 2 nights, Oct 5-6. This team has it down to a "T" in every regard. Not sure we've ever seen so much activity from a staff perspective, but they were all over it, from management walking through the lobby noting areas on columns that needed touch-up from customer hits, to housekeeping, to front desk, to the ladies working the breakfast area.
