Great Inn with a lot of food choices near by.
We are staying here for the Louder Than Life festival, I booked through Expedia and was billed $300 for a down-payment through Expedia. Upon arrival I was informed Expedia had failed to do their part so things were a mess...However the desk manager Shawn went above and beyond to remedy the situation and made everything right, and stayed polite and courteous the entire time, you dont see this kind of thing much anymore so it was a pleasant surprise to see someone that cares, we will definitely be back next year just for that.... read more
