We’ve been staying at this Holiday Inn Express for several years now, every time we travel between Houston and San Diego to visit family. The service has always been excellent — consistent, friendly, and professional. A special mention to David Tapia at the front desk, who was kind, courteous, and very efficient. It’s always a pleasure to come back to a place where you feel genuinely welcome.
The beds were comfy and the towels were cotton white. We did have to wait for 30-45 mins until a room was available after check in time. If they had more staff, the wait wouldn't have been as long. Breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks.
