expect too much give disappointment
Booked a King suite. Room was dirty when I arrived, hairs all over bathroom floor and some on countertops. Seemed like it was cleaned enough to look okay at first glance. I went and talked to an employee and after a lot of back and forth and speaking to his manager they downgraded me into a standard king.
