I made a reservation with my kids on it. I asked for the pull out couch to be made up. When we got there it wasn't done which isnt a big deal but when I went to the counter to ask about it the two girls looks at eachother and told me they would give me some sheets. When i got the sheets they didnt fit. I was at the holiday in in Houston and the service and place was great in El Paso i wish they had the same service. Nice room. Clean hotel. No issues with parking.
I had two reservations under the reservation I had already had. My mother came down for my son graduation and was there from May 28 until May 31. One of the staff members went and put the room until June 7 . No one was occupying the room cause I had turned the key in at the front desk . I called and spoke with the manager and have to receive a called back with a follow up . I have to keep calling them .
