After a long day traveling with my family. The hotel messed up my reservation, placed me in 3 different rooms and provided the worse customer service. There was no accountability and attempt to provide excellent service. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room had a leaking shower which covered the entire floor with water. Go somewhere else.
"For the price" and a family of 4 with free basic breakfast and complimentary washer and dryer, complimentary dove shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and had lotion in the restroom it and a quick luxury look-- it was great! Better than a motel. But, the pool was freezing and the Jacuzzi had a temp that should have been a pool temp (still on the colder side) the temp control and the jetted water did not work. Every staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful for any of my requests and needs. They went out of their way to be kind, and listen while I spoke with employees and offered extra attention to helping my grandson with the rest of his long term stay while he is working in the local community. His first time out on his own. I felt like I had made true friends and will always use this hotel for all of my needs when in El Paso. Diane was an absolute delight.
