Average place. Needs some maintenance in various areas. Especially the coffee machines and hot water tap. Been broke for weeks.
Yes, Yes, Yes!!! After our canceled flight I phoned, Thomas was a great help. Our reservation was held till we arrived two days later. I phoned Lori about our flight the following day. She was very helpful and concerned about our delay. When we finally arrived after midnight, Georgia was polite and greeted us with a smile. Nice hotel and services. Staff was very kind and helpful. We were there for work and were able to be productive. I used the business area and gym as well. We had a nice stay! Thank you!
