If you are traveling for work and need internet for your laptop, I do not recommend this hotel at all. The internet does not work—I travel a lot for work and this is the worst internet I have ever experienced. In my bathroom, the conditioner bottle was empty, My bed had a dip in it; you could tell the mattress was quite old. But other than that, everything was fine.
Was on the first floor and the consent water flowing from the upper floors showers were going through the walls. No sleep at all since it was so loud! Staff did not care! Showers were not the best no pressure and the AC hardly worked! Went for breakfast which was ok and when we returned back to our room the housekeeper was already cleaning it so we had to stand in the hallway for 20minutes. Won’t be back!
Great experience nice staff great morning breakfast!!!
Conveniently located near the Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis, the area also has a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were as advertised…very well kept and maintained. The hotel was quiet and had a nice breakfast.
