Stayed here for two days and it was perfect for us. Everyone here is so incredibly kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed Hurst, Texas. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets were nice and the pillows are fluffy. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast was phenomenal!

this hotel is a gem in the middle of Dallas Fort Worth, great service on check-in, very accommodating and helpful, the Rooms were well insulated and were super clean, and secure area, bathroom, featured, oversized, white, fluffy towels, and linens. Beds very comfortable with 3 large bedpillows on each bed. Coffee pot was easy to use. It was a Keurig, good size, mini fridge, and microwave. The breakfast buffet was hot and tasty in a very large room, making dining very comfortable and uncrowded

I just stayed at the Holiday Inn, and I believe the woman who assisted me was named Pamela. She truly made me feel right at home. I’ve stayed at five-star and even seven-star hotels, but the level of care and kindness Pamela showed was truly exceptional. She was so welcoming and caring, and she made my stay feel personal and comfortable. Employees like her are what make a hotel experience memorable.

No problem switching rooms. The second room was much better and sheets appeared to be clean. Other than the hole in the comforter. At 1:00 in the morning, front desk called and asked for our last name. He said he hear... read more
