*****I RECEIVED A REPLY AND CALLED THE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES ALSO SENT AN EMAIL NO RESPONSE, so I’m going to update my review everyday***On February 14th I checked into my hotel room(432). My trip here was nothing short of amazing! The rooms were very nice spacious and clean. The front desk service was great! They were very nice, i was greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed. I have free Wi-Fi, the breakfast was amazing. I will highly recommend, as to why I'll be back soon 🤩

I was double charged and have reached out many many times to get this resolved. I was told that Morgan had handled it. Not one manager will call me back. Now I have a new manager Will. I have a case number 10586201733. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I can't seem to get any response. Can you please address this, this is not professional. It is unprofessional that I am emaiing these managers personally. Why isn't there a Holiday Inn email?
