The lady at the front desk was very kind. The rooms had dirty and stained floors and we could not be given a room without a stained floor. The hotel manager agreed to refund and let me leave. That was Feb 4th and I have yet to get a refund or speak to another manager. Multiple calls and messages left and nothing. I am very frustrated and will never be staying here again.

Clean rooms and facilities and very friendly staff. Abdul and Mahmuda were extremely helpful in getting our group check in and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice lodging! This IHG team is very customer focused- Morgan greeted us with a warm welcome and registered us, anticipating our needs. In addition to paying attention to details in our registration request. The team operates from a proactive perspective- Greets customers with a pleasant attitude and patience with customer asking questions. The breakfast is good with variety. Tori and Peyton did a good job satisfying the customers request to replenish food items.
