I was greeted with a warm tomorrow through the doors by Mahmuda. She embodies the IHG customer service program. Well done! Not sure of most of the amenities as I was gone by 6:00 a.m.the next day.
Kids' hockey teams were staying here the same time we were. They put all those families on the top floor and the noise was constant. The breakfast food was all over the carpets, hallways, and elevators. We're leaving after seven days and the flooring and carpets in our room was never cleaned. TP ran out and we bought some at the dollar store down the street. The mattresses feel like they were broken-in by 500-lb sleepers.
