Web page specially says they take pets - front desk said "that's not our official website" even thought it said Denton Holiday Inn Express. Sighhhhhh Not all pet owners are pigs =( * reply to the reply - unfortunately it sounds like my review would stand even for your location- not pet friendly is a booooo. The fees we pet owners pay are outrageous when we follow the 'leave no trace' motto, so to not have a few rooms set for pet friendly people in need of safe lodging still gets a 1 star.
New staff except overnight. I had two rooms booked for two nights. I asked for same room next night since I had tow separate bookings. Clerk says when you come back tell them you want same room. We'll I won't be back until 7 and most rooms will be gone. She said she will fix it. She didn't do it. Got a different room that smelled. New staff. Horrible service means time to stay elsewhere.
