We had no hot water and neither did other people who were at the counter complaining. I was told that a partial refund was not possible because I booked with Expedia. The hotel took my money but couldn’t refund any. I am calling BS.
Very nice, spacious rooms. Quite clean. Mattress was soft and bedding very comfortable. (Pillows were that sort of odd sort that are extremely fluffy but collapse into very hard, thin slabs as soon as you put your head on them... Unfortunate, but that's like 80% of nice hotels so maybe everyone else likes those?) But overall very nice place. Breakfast was great! The coffee machine that first grinds, then brews each cup of coffee seemed hilariously over-engineered at first, but honestly was probably the best free cup of hotel... read more
