The “System” cancelled our reservations that were made 9 months in advance, 6 years in a row. No hotel room for us. No accommodations or apologies were made by the staff. Indifferent would be a nice way of saying it….very discourteous.
Room was clean,large and comfortable location was great not far from Sinclair College good parking well lit only complaint is the highway noise from outside but I can sleep with tv on so it didn't bother me
Stayed for one night and thought the hotel nice. Front desk staff was very nice and the lobby and breakfast area was also very nice and very good. I would recommend this hotel!
