Front desk awesome we do ihg hotels ALOT so we love different cities and love different staffing ... each hotel is most definitely different
Traveled here for a work trip for about a month. Hotel was nice and very clean. Rooms were good size and had no issues. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.
Well! I’ve stayed at way better Holiday Inn Expresses. The hotel has a very sweet perfume smell in the air. Like getting anesthesia. Very pungent. There was a hole in the couch covering. in the couch in our room. The outside brick needs to be power washed. No hot water in the lobby. No Keurig in the room.
