The time at this hotel was short, just a one night stay, but was pleasant. The staff were all kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast is provided for free. At the time we went there was a pancake machine, egg with cheese omelettes, pork sausage, and some bread products and fruit. There are options for yogurt (9g protein), boiled eggs, and a juice machine. Although I did not inquire, there were not any non-dairy milk options for cereal or coffee. STAYERS BEWARE: My friend, his gf and I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. After we checked in, we went to our room and when we opened the door.. there was someone already occupying the room. We went and got a different one then in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AT 4AM, someone came in our room!!! They had booked them in the same room! Like what in the hell. Solid hotel, seems really clean and on the newer side. Easy check in and checkout, super well located to the interstate but far enough that it’s quiet and you have no road noise. Tons of restaurants nearby and gas stations, a perfect roadtrip stop. Only drawback is the water issues, I read other reviews and saw the mention to let it heat up, it took about 20 minutes to get hot water, so as long as you’re not in a rush it’s fine! It was clean and fairly comfortable. No hot water. I called the front desk for help 2x and the phone rang forever. I walked down to the front desk and no one was on duty it seemed. The nice senior lady Attendants tried to help. The senior male security guard had no interest in helping either. We went to check out and again no front desk help. It could have been a great stay but absolutely no staff. Glad we didn't have an emergency of any kind.
Terrible Terrible Rude Violent Staff. The staff was hostile from the moment we stepped in and the front desk lady ended up banging on my door incredibly aggressively to the point where I was afraid at the level of anger in her voice. Then, she calls the room and started berating me about the room I'm in, which she assigned to me 20 minutes prior.
