Solid hotel, seems really clean and on the newer side. Easy check in and checkout, super well located to the interstate but far enough that it’s quiet and you have no road noise. Tons of restaurants nearby and gas stations, a perfect roadtrip stop. Only drawback is the water issues, I read other reviews and saw the mention to let it heat up, it took about 20 minutes to get hot water, so as long as you’re not in a rush it’s fine! It was clean and fairly comfortable. No hot water. I called the front desk for help 2x and the phone rang forever. I walked down to the front desk and no one was on duty it seemed. The nice senior lady Attendants tried to help. The senior male security guard had no interest in helping either. We went to check out and again no front desk help. It could have been a great stay but absolutely no staff. Glad we didn't have an emergency of any kind.
Terrible Terrible Rude Violent Staff. The staff was hostile from the moment we stepped in and the front desk lady ended up banging on my door incredibly aggressively to the point where I was afraid at the level of anger in her voice. Then, she calls the room and started berating me about the room I'm in, which she assigned to me 20 minutes prior. The staff was very helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. The room we had was was a good size and the two queen beds were appreciated as my wife and I needed some rest prior to traveling for 24 hours to the EU. All areas we encountered were clean and well taken care off. The bathroom had excellent water pressure. The mattress was just a bit too soft for us, but that is a personal preference.
