Great dog-friendly hotel with super comfy beds and a good location near some delicious take-out places (I went to Royal Fish and Chips in downtown Danbury).
The area safe and the service was good. No complaints about the room. The room was pretty modern and comfortable. The bed was a little firmer than we like. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I thought the price was a bit high. Overall it was a good experience. They do allow dogs and their pet fee was the lowest around.
We stayed for 3 days/2 nights in July. I'm going to start with cons and then all the pros. . 1) one of the receptionists hung up on us and dismissed the conversation. Not too thrilled to stay if that's how employees communicated with customers. *Everything worked out and we loved our stay. 2) I have two littles and the only thing we were looking forward to, besides visiting NYC, was the pool.
