I have stayed at this property multiple times, very friendly helpful staff, entire facility is neat, clean, welcoming. Room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. As a club member it's always nice to be recognized at check in, the personal card from the property manager shows the attention to my IHG status

When I booked the reservation, I specifically requested two rooms on the first floor because my husband is disabled and lives with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. Since I don’t have access to a wheelchair, I wanted to avoid having him walk down a long hallway, as this is very difficult for him. At check-in, I reminded the front desk of my request.
