Friendly staff, close to highway, yet it is quite with a few blocks away. A swimming pool is nice to cool off in a hot summer day.
The lobby, room, fitness center, and pool were all very clean. Very friendly staff. The fitness center was on the small side though. Free breakfast in the morning had great variety and good flavor. Plenty of on-site parking and very close to the highway and other great restaurants and attractions.
I have tried for nearly a week to get in contact with the person in group sales to book a block of rooms for a wedding in 2026 with no response. I tried calling the front desk yesterday to see if he was on vacation and they said he is in and would get back to me by the end of the day. This did not happen. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have never encountered such unresponsiveness. Unfortunately, I will need to move on to a different hotel.
