2nd time staying at this hotel and so far it is a bit better than the last time keep it up. Service though, I gave it a 2 star one the rep during check-in was awfully disrespectful because one of the rep offered my wife two (2) complimentary bottles of water because of our status and she thought we should only get one. Luckily, my wife and I always bring a case of water and sodas so we just thanked her and asked her to keep the water

Probably the most peaceful hotel I’ve ever stayed at while working. The front desk staff is very helpful as well and always goes above and beyond for my crews needs

Found a gecko in the restroom this morning. Get in from a long day out to come back to made beds but no towels...simply called down for some to only be put on hold for 10 minutes but then to also be told by Stephanie Cardona that I needed to come down myself for them. I immediately went and she was no where to be found. Finally once she appeared the rude representative you have greeting your guests gave me attitude and still DID NOT have the towels. HIG needs better customer service reps and pest control!

This place done a good job at getting better post covid,all employees are attentive and helpful. Krystal and Duane are helpful when guests need something.
