The roll-away mattress they gave us was absolutely disgusting. We asked them to swap it, and then they gave us on with a broken frame. The room's actual bed was also unnecessarily firm. Find somewhere else!
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share this experience. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready due to understaffing and that there was a waiting list. We asked if there would be any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience (credit, late checkout, anything), and were told no. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes past the 3:00 PM check-in time before getting a room. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. Overall, I liked this hotel. It has a great location with parks nearby, and the rooms are quite clean. Breakfast is included, but it’s the same every day, so if you stay longer than three days, it can get repetitive. The staff is friendly and handles requests quite well.
