Very nice hotel to stay the entire staff was amazing.
Don't Waste Your Time...I woke up at two thirty in the morning and had labored breathing. The cause... feather and down pillows on the bed. I'm extremely allergic and nowhere on the ihg website does it say anything about the room being nonhypoallergenic. When I went to the lobby , I couldn't find staff and security finally found hotel staff sitting and resting over in a dark part of the dining area. Traveled for the first time following cancer treatment, immunocompromised, and decided to book here due to positive cleanliness reviews. Place looks clean on the outside, but unsanitary conditions hidden beneath. Room had old food in microwave, black coily hairs on bathroom counter and long straight black hairs folded within towels (my son & I do not have long or black or curly hair). Disgusting. The room was clean but there was hair left all over the bathroom floor and the cabinet had trim hanging off went to use the curtain and the screw fell off as soon as I moved it to let sun in the room other than that the front desk girls were great and breakfast was good standard hotel breakfast not too many options and make sure to set the AC low cause it takes a couple of hours to go to temp (73⁰ to 70⁰ took about 4 hours)
