Alles in allem bin ich mit dem Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Angefangen mit der sehr unfreundlichen Dame beim Check-in über die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen bis hin zum Service beim Frühstück. Alles eine Katastrophe! Dafür kann man das Management verantwortlich machen: schlechte Personalwahl, keine Aufsicht/Kontrolle. Eines der schlechteren HIX auf unzähligen USA-Reisen.
Of over 100 IHG locations in several countries, this is easily the worst experience I've had. Breakfast, just don't. Go to a local diner, food is gone, pancake maker is broken, hair and debris in with fruit bowls, nothing looks clean and trash overflowing. (At 8:30, a full hour before end of service). Room: towels are awful. Frayed and barely usable. We stayed at a motel the night previous and their towels were multiples improved. No vent in the bathroom.
