When we checked into our room, it had an overwhelmingly musty smell. We didn’t think much of it as we were tired and wanting to quickly get to bed. We woke up a little after 2 AM to roaches in the room. My husband was able to kill one of them (see attached photo.) We immediately checked out of the hotel. At 8 AM, we called the manager and, after some back and forth, they did issue a refund. We just want people to be aware of this issue so they can be vigilant when checking in. We were on the 3rd floor.
Lexus was absolutely amazing! She helped us book our reservation smoothly and greeted us with the warmest smile. Her great personality and excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was hot with so many delicious options, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with the best pillow I’ve ever used. Thanks to Lexus and the staff, our hotel stay was wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Pros: 1. Clean facilities with free American type breakfast and WiFi. 2. Flexible policy on early check in. 3. Indoor pool available. 4. Suitable for business or pleasure bookings including families. 5. Comfortable beds and free guest parking available. 5. Restaurants available nearby. Cons: 1. Not much to do in terms of entertainment in the surrounding area. 2. Noisy room AC unit. If you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue.
Awesome place. Would recommend this place anyone looking for a stop over. Right off I 10....with numerous places to dine.
