BEWARE BIOHAZARD … Do not stay in this hotel. We got there late after midnight, the room that they gave us im not sure if it was used or not cleaned but feces were in restroom when we walked in. Shortly after we noticed that the room was full of cockroaches (see pictures) cockroaches can spread diseases and contaminate surfaces with bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Very warm welcome. That's why we always stay with IHG when possible.
We randomly chose this location as we were traveling to Florida for a week-long vacation. Ryan was most welcoming and Christy was extremely helpful. We purposely stayed here upon our return one week later and were greeted by Melissa. My family of 5 all felt that Ryan, Christy & Melissa provided excellent customer service and we would highly recommend this location!
