Elite member here, wanted to modify my reservation to stay at another IHG property closer to the airport for my last night. FEES FEES FEES, another greedy corporation. Will be using another group for my business travel.
I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Commerce Georgia with 2 of my grandchildren and had a wonderful experience, the hostess (Emma) was absolutely delightful, she was sweet, helpful, and stayed calm and cool with every situation and questions that I had. The rooms were awesome and my grandchildren thought they were big stuff when they had the pool (which was perfect), all to themselves! I APPRECIATE everything, and will absolutely stay there again! Thank you for a great visit!
