I stayed for 6 nights and on the first two nights nothing in my room was working the bathtub wouldn't start the floor was sticky there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom the TV wouldn't turn on air conditioning wasn't working and it took a lot of convincing of the staff to transfer our room even with all of those problems. It was room 418 and I finally got to check out to a better room after 3 days. They didn't even give me a refund for those nights...all they gave me was a 50 dollar voucher. This hotel was convenient and the room was big. I had to park quite a ways down the lot, as I don't think I'm a Diamond platinum member yet. I wasn't able to check in early, but no problem. When I entered the room, all I saw was dark furniture with a dark rug, thinking, "Where's my bed?"Wasn't very inviting. I had to figure out the bed was behind the next door. There were one and a half bathrooms, which was nice if you had several people. Bed was comfy and no noise anywhere. Unfortunately, the floor was quite dirty, as shown... read more
