We arrived to find out our reservation was wrong and we were books in 2 double queen rooms when it should have been 2 King rooms. After a long day of travels I was quite frustrated but Tyler at the front desk made my day! He said no worries, checked availability and promptly switched our rooms. He went above and beyond to ease my concerns. Thank you Tyler!
