Our room and the facility were both clean. As like other guests, we were surprised by the $10 Parking Fee, which is posted (taped to the walls) in several areas of the motel. When I received my confirmation email, it stated "Total Charges $XXX.XX". I guess total doesn't mean what it used to 🤔. Either include it in the room rate or disclose it when reservations are made.
They have a $10/night parking charge. Big lot in the middle of no where! It's insulting and I saw nothing when reserving on line that mentioned this surcharge. It totally takes any pleasure away when you're getting ripped. UPON SUBMITTING MY REVIEW, THE HOTEL CONTACTED ME AND REFUNDED THE CHARGES IN THE PURSUIT OF IMPROVING CUSTOMER RELATIONS. WELL DONE!
Nice motel but I think it is bullshit they charge you ten dollars to park your car so does that mean they will fix your car if it is broken into will never stay here again bad business
Now charging $10 per night for parking a vehicle! Not a flat $10 but $10 for every single night. And it is not announced when booking ! We will likely not choose this hotel again. There are other hotels that don't try to sneak in extra charges. Why would we come back here? Nothing special about this location.
