People walking above you will wake you up. A maintenance man used his key to walk into my room without knocking. I did not request maintenance
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely kind — it’s truly the people and the positive energy they bring that make this place stand out. When I mentioned a small issue with my room, they immediately took care of it and moved me to another one without hesitation. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming. You can really feel that the team here takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this hotel — outstanding
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well as the freshly ground coffee.
