When we arrived our room appeared to be clean. We booked for 3 nights. Second day we needed room cleaned and new towels, our DIRTY towels were refolded and hung up. Beds were not remade, bathroom floor filthy. So basically they emptied trash cans. Front desk representative was very nice and accommodating and breakfast was a plus Very disappointed in housekeeping!
Loved everything about my stay! It felt warm, clean, and peaceful. The team was so kind and helpful too
