Everything was fine until I went to take a shower the first morning. No shower stall, shower is in a tub. Huge crack on the wall. OK, ugly but so what. Ran the shower and hopped in. The floor of the tub is slanted, and very, very, very slick. Made worse by trying to use the shampoo or body wash that they provided. There were 4 narrow strips of non-slip material, about 12-14" apart. so at best you were standing on one 1" wide strip while trying not to fall. This was an accident waiting to happen. worst experience i’ve ever had. I travel a lot for work, so I stay at many different hotels and never once have. I felt the need to leave a one star review. But after leaving this hotel, I still felt disgusted and not taken care of during my whole entire stay. The managers in front desk are not helpful nor kind or understanding, they are rude and would rather you stay somewhere else and fix the problem. They have bugs in the hotel room that they refused to spray the rooms for. I took apart my AC vent because I got sick and t... read more
