A lovely hotel in a perfectly central area.
I was on a family vacation and ended up leaving and booking at the South End location. Being a loyal rewards member I expected the process to be easy. However; the staff went. above and beyond! The desk clerk Zariah provided me with local clubs to try in the area. This was an off topic request as she did not disappoint! Book IHG Holliday Inn South End…

A really nice hotel and warm welcome. Breakfast and weight room were good. Walking distance to several restaurants and local watering holes. The only blemish is $15 for parking there. Other -wise a very pleasant stay, will add this facility to future travel plans
Nicole at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. She went out of her way to help me out. Clay from the sales office was also such a big help. I can’t say enough good things and this is only our first day here. Thank yall so much we will definitely be using this hotel location again next time we are in Charlotte.
