The Holiday Inn express was very nice. Rooms clean, beds were comfortable. The front office staff was great. Breakfast was standard, no problem, what you expect. I would stay there again. The sink was clogged and a maid came with plunger and was happy to unclog it in five minutes.
I typically love holiday inn express, but never have I ever looked up from my bed to see a cockroach the size of a Twinkie! When I called the front desk she responded with “…well what do you want me to do…”. I paid $270 a night to reside in the same space as a roach. When I asked about compensation for the room I was offered points and told management doesn’t compensate.
