Absolutely incorrect description Booked a room through super.com which said additional living and dining area which was not there . An additional small kitchenette is described as the additional living and dining area which. When raised the issue both the hotel and the third party did nothing about it but just kept saying ‘ We are looking to it . The rooms are clean. The location for the motel is extremely busy. Eat first before checking in.
This was my second time going to Charlotte and I stayed here the first time I went. Due to no fault of my own and the weather delays and the airport being shut down and gridlocked for hours I was unable to get into Charlotte. I reached out to the hotel to ask about waiving the penalty and I was told no. I reached out to the corporate level and they said no. So basically this hotel and brand is so hard up for money that they still charged me a penalty when it was not my fault. I cannot control the weather. No one could get in... read more
