The room was great and the staff was exceptional everyone of them very helpful and they kept it clean and stocked the entire stay when I come back to visit family again this will definitely be where I stay 🤓

So I have a reservation for tonight 3/21/2026 and I’ve been calling the hotel since 1:00pm to let them know that I’m doing a late check in and nobody has answered !!!!!! I must have called over 40 times and no one has answered the phone. I mean how is this even possible??? So how are you supposed to get in contact with this hotel. I’m traveling from D.C with my family over 7 HRS. I hope that they have our room once we get there…..
I miss my friends here at this hotel. I have stayed at so many since leaving here, and none of them compare to this hotel. Katie, AJ, Yuri and the crew, can yall just manage all the hotels I travel too ? I hope to come back one day as my business ventures keep me moving. The bad reviews are completely not accurate. I stayed in this hotel weekly for a year straight. Never one issue. This is the cleanest, safest, and most friendly and accommodating management and staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.
