I stayed twice for job training. Each stay 4 nights each. First trip was great. Staff was helpful and courteous. Everything looked clean. My second trip however. started off with a mix up with my reservation, and was given a room With bedbugs. I noticed them during my last night of my stay. I informed the front desk and hope they fix the problem.
Came for a Mothers Day staycation and I can tell that housekeeping didn’t change the sheets prior to me getting here. There was a “sweaty man” odor when my head hit the pillow. There was also stains on the other side of the pillow as if housekeep just turns it over. Thank God I pack my own pillows and sheets when I travel. There for 5 days, cold showers all week until the last morning. Sheets changed maybe once.
You’d better enjoy cold showers. Front desk response was “we always run out of hot water when we’re full”
