Most tasteless breakfast we've had at any Holiday Inn.
"I had a frustrating experience with the Holiday Inn Express in Carthage. After canceling my reservation within the policy guidelines, I was charged anyway. The manager I spoke with was dismissive and didn't want to help resolve the issue. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone."
The deferred maintenance and non working AC units on this facility made for a less than pleasant experience. The toilets required multiple flushes just for a single square of toilet paper to go down. I think it is due to the design of the toilet rather than a clog.
