Room 122 has BED BUGS and they bit us. They moved us to another room on the third floor but didn’t offer to do ANYTHING for us and after going back and fourth for a couple of weeks the gave us half off of a one night stay?? Don’t stay here go anywhere else.
Our first room had a terrible smell and a large black stain in the bath tub and the tub/shower was very moldy. We asked for a new room and they were very nice about providing a new room. This room smelt a lot better but the bath tub/shower was still very moldy. On the day of our checkout housekeeping tried entering our room twice without knocking or announcing thereselves before checkout time. Overall not a great experience.
