Room wasn’t the one we reserved service was great. Just not a top notch hotel. It was ok for what we were doing.
I had a nice stay the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Butler. Everything was as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. It was comfortable and inviting. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn Express fare which was good and consistent with what I expected. The location is close to Butler and especially close to the Butler Fairgrounds. It is next to a good sized shopping area and there are a lot of places to eat close by.
Elevators constantly out of service, one staff member only on each shift, some guests that came with me their rooms were not what they ordered and did get fixed with compensation, some were smelly and not cleaned well, pool was not too me liking. I'll never return
