I booked this hotel for work through Hotel Engine like I normally do every week. I try to exclusively stay at Holiday Inn whenever possible. The room is paid for ahead of time by my company when I book, but when I arrived I was told I still needed to swipe a card to pay for my room, which was very unusual. Had a package delivered there for me, with ‘holiday inn express & suites’ with the correct address, front desk sent my package back because they could not find my name in their system. It then took 5 days to finally retrieve my package from the post office. Never have I had an issue like this at any other holiday inn. Bonus points for it being located across from a sports complex and getting to listen to kids run up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. 10/10 would not recommend.

Group booking beware. Numerous logistical issues with the hotel. Sales manager would not take responsibility for employee mistakes. Had room canceled and over charges. This property is clearly about extracting as much as possible rather than guest experience. After one guest’s reservation was canceled due to a hotel mistake, they had to find another place to stay.
