If you don’t love this hotel, it’s totally you and not them. Outstanding in every way. This is probably the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever been to. Friendly, clean, great location. The manager Marti is THE BEST! IHG- never let her go!!!! Gigantic shout out to the shuttle men, Thurman and Scott. What fantastic people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
It’s a solid hotel, it was under renovation when we stayed, just kinda spend for a “value” hotel chain only real complaint, everything was clean, service was good.
super comfy beds. friendly staff. delicious breakfast. this hotel checked all the boxes beautifully for us. they even had fresh baked cookies in the lobby when we arrived which is my love language.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bozeman West and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The complimentary airport pick-up was smooth and easy, making our arrival stress-free. At check-in, we were warmly greeted by Marti, the General Manager, who is incredibly welcoming and clearly runs the hotel with care and attention to every guest’s experience.
