Staff was polite and helpful establishment was extremely clean all in all it was a good 2 day visit
They don’t even deserve one star, but in order to write this I had to give them something. We drove in almost 7 hours for a wedding. Stayed the first night, noticed a smell in the room..assumed it was because it had been empty. But, we got there just in time to leave for the wedding rehearsal, by the time we got back it was so late we went straight to bed. We are staying at the Readdy hotel in bonham tx it is right next to the holiday inn express. Our pool was closed due to rainy weather so our hotel said we can go next door and use the pool at the holiday inn express. We went there and their employee Michelle said it wasn't allowed. Mind you they are owned by the same guy. The manager of our hotel called the owner who then told Michelle to give us a key and she told him that her manger told her no and she refused to give us a key.
