Relaxing and calm very professional
I’m so impressed! Even with a hotel full of construction workers (for local projects, not the hotel itself) the staff are working hard to keep it clean! Both the evening and the morning front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, as well as the person in charge of breakfast. The only thing that would improve the hotel would be walk in showers in the handicap accessible room. Rarely can an older person step into a bathtub and I traveled with my mom, who is 83. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the front desk associate sabrina, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, especially since our decision to stay in Bonham was spontaneous and we had arrived completely unprepared. Her warm hospitality made our stay so enjoyable—we will definitely be returning in the future!
