It's one of the best holidays inn I've ever been to.
Had the most unpleasant check-in experience in recent memory. Although the front desk reception warmed up a bit in a subsequent interaction, when I arrived late at night she was cold as ice. No smile and just the bare minimum to process our registration. No explanation about the hotel, breakfast, or where our room was located. And no acknowledgement of my IHG status benefits. This Holiday Inn Express is very clean and bright in all areas of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not hear any traffic or other noises while I was sleeping. Very quiet location. Things I was not happy with this location is there was no pancake machine. Also, the elevators were extremely slow.
