Rooms were clean, location was convenient. Beds are ok. Room was cold at night even though it is in the middle of summer and the AC was off. Noise blocking is not great so you might get awaken by noise. The breakfast was ok.
Rates too high,no pool service was no good
While the location was easy to access from the highway and breakfast was very good, our room was not as good. The bed was a rock and pillows, well 3 pillows still wouldn’t have been enough. They were very thin. The tub surround needed repair and there were bugs in the tub. The elevator and hall smelled of cigarette smoke also. Thankfully it was only a one night stop.
Front staff desk are the best Ive seen in Vestal.
Checked in around 1 am. The 1st room we got had food crumbs and hair on one of the bed. Had to request for room change. Front desk was quite helpful and understood the issue.
